Why Choose Us?

Our Instructor Profile

Our instructors view their work with students as a calling. They undergo comprehensive training in explicit phonics, reading/listening comprehension, Singapore math, and writing composition under the guidance of instructional leaders to ensure consistency and quality.

Instructors are trained to provide positive feedback using Socratic questioning, which enhances metacognitive strategies and leads to increased academic independence. Our intentional use of language helps build rapport with students, fostering growth in confidence and intrinsic motivation.

To best serve upper middle school and high school students, our instructors receive training in organization and planning strategies.
